The goal of the platform renewal was to streamline Metsälehti’s content production in a multi-channel media environment. The focus was on a digital publishing system, editor tools, a channel-independent content archive, and the necessary integrations with other third-party systems in use. eNeo was selected as the primary tool for editorial content production.

At the same time, Metsälehti decided to improve the management and monitoring of advertisement sales by implementing the AProfit portal and to support subscription management and customer service with the CProfit portal.

Metsälehti's editor-in-chief, Petri Koskinen, describes the decision to expand the partnership: "We wanted to choose a domestic solution for our platform renewal. We have used Anygraaf's Neo, AProfit, and CProfit products for a long time, and the cooperation has worked well. Therefore, we decided to take a new step with the implementation of the AProfit and CProfit portals, eNeo, and Anygraaf's data center services, and we are satisfied with them."

Jenny Rantanen, the project lead for the platform renewal, describes the project’s progression: "In the proposal phase, Anygraaf provided the clearest explanation of what was included in the products, and the project plan outlined in detail how the project would progress. The contract was drafted with thorough specifics, which facilitated tracking software monthly and deployment costs.

The project flow and cooperation were excellent both with Anygraaf and other third-party partners. Anygraaf was flexible; open questions were brought up effectively in discussions and were easy to resolve together. Most importantly, we stayed on schedule, even though there were some unexpected issues with partner systems."
